Let us handle it for you to keep your website housekeeping up together, including monthly software updates to your website framework, themes and plugins.
A broken contact form or web chat can lead to missed opportunities. We’ll test your points of contact every month and make sure they are coming through to you, so you never miss a lead!
We run daily security and malware scans on your website and server, to check for and block malicious traffic. We’ll also monitor spam comments, security patches and check for blacklisted IP login attempts.
As a website ages, it can become cluttered with large and often unnecessary files, leading to slower performance, which can diminish user experience and affect your SEO!
We’ll keep your website running optimally throughout the year by checking code and clearing caches for you.
To keep things simple, included in the cost of Extra, Pro and Platinum packages are your annual hosting, SSL certificate and domain name renewal fees. At the time of your renewal, they will auto-renew with nothing else to pay.
With all of our website support packages, we offer free telephone support for the life of your website (as long as it is hosted on our secure servers). Any time you need help with your website, call us!

* Website Backups, Malware Scans and Domain & SSL renewals are only applicable if managed with Damteq’s Hosting Partner.
** Our SLA covers our acknowledgement time within our working hours and to start diagnosis of the problem. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5:30pm.
Each month you will receive an email outlining the checks that have been completed on your website so you’ll know exactly what has been actioned.
Yes! We’re more than happy to tailor our support packages to support multiple websites under your umbrella.
If you are on a support package with banked hours for website changes, we can make changes to your website. If you require any work that goes outside of these banked hours, we can still make changes, but they will be charged at our standard rate.
Our website support packages are designed for maintaining and protecting your website. SEO packages are available separately to complement our website support packages.
We will set up a monthly subscription via our payment provider Stripe. We will require your card details. Payment is taken monthly on the 1st of each month
Our monthly support packages run on a 30-day rolling period, and we ask for 1 month’s notice in writing should you wish to cancel or downgrade in the future.
