QGate helps small to medium-sized organisations optimise their business processes, transform the way their people work, and enhance their customers’ experience through Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Founded in 1997, QGate has 25 years of experience in helping companies digitally transform their business.

QGate approached us in 2021 with a dated brand and website that both needed to be changed to modernise their whole approach.

Branding Strategy.

Our goal with QGate’s branding project was to turn their dated and basic brand into a professional modern CRM transformation company.

Our first step was to take their existing brand and conduct user and audience research/analysis to determine what their customers look for in a CRM company and how we needed to position their new brand to effectively reach their audience.

After completing this research, we began creating a wide range of detailed concepts, brand guidelines, and mock-ups of branded PDF literature to present to the client.

The team at QGate loved the direction we took with their branding, and after a few minor amendments, their new brand was born!

Web Design & Development.

Designing & building QGate's new website.

After we nailed the brand, we got started on their new website.

Our goal was to create an experience their audience would expect from a professional, modern CRM software company, one that offers a smooth and intuitive browsing experience.

Following our tried and tested web design process, we created a solid and modern website for QGate that works with their branding to position them as a go-to company in the CRM and business process automation fields.

Beginning with in-depth UX audits and competitor analyses, we created a plan of action for QGate’s website before we got to work on the design. After the client approved the homepage wireframes and designs, we got to work on designing and building the rest of the website, keeping usability, accessibility, SEO, and QGate’s brand goals in mind throughout each step.

After the website was signed off and all final checks and alterations made (including pre-launch SEO and UX checks), the website went live!

The Result.

The result for QGate is a much more modern and professional feel to their brand and website, which has helped enhance their online presence and establish a stronger footing in their industry.

Since completing their branding and website projects in August 2021, we have continued working with QGate to improve their organic search visibility and generate a steady stream of traffic to their website through on-page and Technical SEO projects.
