Website load time is a key signal Google look at when ranking your website. Typically, photos make up the majority of load on the server, so optimising your images is one of the easiest ways to reduce load time. We recommend uploading images to your website that are under 500kb in size.

Contact forms and live chat are great, but there are still people who like to pick up the phone and speak to someone, 44% in fact! Best practice would be to ensure your phone number or contact information is always visible i.e in the website header.
